ReviewBuzz is a web and mobile reputation management software for home service companies that helps them earn and manage reviews, win more customers, and empower their teams. ReviewBuzz is a suite of tools to help companies manage their reputation and the relationships that influence it.

The Challenge

ReviewBuzz needed to scale its development team to work on its current platform and improve the direction of the product architecture within a limited timeframe.

The Solution

LANEX primary role is to help implement the architecture that ReviewBuzz has planned for their platform. We helped ReviewBuzz migrate from a monolithic to a microservices architecture to achieve a maintainable, testable, and scalable platform.

Implemented Features

Rewards Functions

A reward system that allows a client company to reward their employees based on their reviews. Employees can request a reward using the points they accumulated.

Review Generation

A client company can request reviews using text messages and email.

Review Management

Manage reviews in one place and easily sort and filter information by team member, location, review site, and channel. Clients are also alerted of negative reviews, which they can respond to quickly.

Third-Party Integrations

Integrated with industry-leading software such as Service Titan, which allows the clients to send automated review requests

Review Sites (Auto-Detection)

An auto-detection feature that allows the client to set a priority to their list of review sites. The system will automatically direct the customers to the review sites that matter most to them.
