Our History: From Inception to Global Expansion
As we celebrate 30 years in business, I am proud to say that LANEX Corporation has continuously improved its offerings through technology. Equally gaining valuable industry experience, even in the face of competition and challenges.
Thirty years ago, in 1993, LANEX Corporation birthed a culture of innovation and excellence within the IT and BPO industry in Sendai, Japan. The company has been a certified Microsoft Solutions Provider and has acquired its Privacy Mark Certification since its inception.
When I took over the company in 2012, I prioritized implementing a comprehensive strategic business plan. That is to position us for future growth and success. Since then, we have expanded our global operations with offices in Japan, the Philippines, the U.S., and Australia. Our commitment to providing superior service to our clients has allowed us to expand. Our dedication to always exceeding expectations has allowed us to forge lasting bonds with our clients. Which have resulted in repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Our Growth Strategy
Our goals for this year include expanding our operations into emerging countries like Europe and Africa. Expanding into new service sectors, such as cloud-based application development. As we enter our third decade in business, our goal remains the same, t To dominate the global market for premium IT support services.
Furthermore, as we expand into new global markets, we remain committed to being the premier provider of technology-related services. To achieve this goal, we prioritize our team's well-being and provide each member with the necessary resources to succeed.
The 30th anniversary of LANEX is an important milestone for us. Despite being a relatively new company, we have exceeded expectations. By establishing ourselves as a leading global provider of advanced IT services. Known for our exceptional quality, customer satisfaction, and value. Last year, we received an excellence award in a consortium sponsored by AstraZeneca for healthcare application development. This award was a statement of our commitment to providing high-quality services to our clients.
