Human Resource Information System, or HRIS, is a web-based platform designed to automate Human Resource functions. It is an internal project by LANEXUS to streamline the company's HR processes, specifically in managing projects, clients, and its employees.

The Challenge

LANEXUS is steadily expanding and has reached over 100 employees and over 1200 projects. This increasing volume has led to a more time-consuming management process of employee-related transactions and information related to projects and clients.

The Solution

LANEXUS developed a custom HRIS that will automate core HR functions related to managing projects, clients, and employees. The platform provides automated and digital processing of projects, client information management, employee profiles, payroll computation, leave management, attendance monitoring, work tracking, and so much more. It also serves as a centralized source of data used as a basis for hiring trends and team member retention.
